G-BCBA (Boeing 720-023B c/n 18014) entered service with American Airlines as N7528A.

It first became G-BCBA on 10/4/74 with Invicta.

It was leased to Air Niugini as P2-ANG from 06/02/76 until reverting to G-BCBA with Monarch in March 1977. It enjoyed several periods of short-term lease to other airlines but retained G-BCBA throughout.

It became 4X-BMA with Moaf Airlines on 23.10.81 (picture here) , and was sold to Omega Air as N341A in January 1986.

It was used for KC-135 parts at Davis-Monthan from 28/1/86 and was finally broken up at Tucson in June 1991.

Hope this helps…………

Until fairly recently I was driving a 1965 Ford Zephyr MkIII ( 6 cylinder , noisey , huge interior all in leather , spares are dirt cheap – still a better car then the Euro Boxes sold over here , although I do like the Aussie Holdens – real cars !!!

That’s because your talking about fifties technology, you ride in a car built back in the fifties, and then ride in the latest model, there’s no comparison, the same applies to airplanes i would suggest
