Spent a few hours along the fence with Royal King and Jet City Aviation .. got a few interesting shots:
Don’t know who brought these teo 727’s to town. One of them might be Duran Duran.

A couple of green ones – inbound from Renton and Moses Lake.

One of Boeing’s chase planes and a WestJet 73G:

757 prototype .. testbed for the JSF-program, inbound from Baltimore:

Surprise of the day – an ex Reno/AA MD90 on its way to Indonesia to serve for Lion Air. N904RA.

And finally – two hours late – Alaska’s second 738 on deliveryflight filled with happy employees.

Prototype 757
The 757 is being used in the development of the radar and other fused sensor systems for the F22 Raptor. The wing shape is similar to the F22 wing.

That Reno Air MD must have been sitting in a desert for some time! When did Reno cease to exist?
Reno Air was taken over by American Airlines in December 98
