Bomb aimer panel items required.

Hi folks,

Following on from my thread on the Lancaster bomb aimers panel I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out with the following bits?

1) Automatic bomb distributor box/cover – the surround that the actual distributor sits in on the panel (I have the distributor).

2) Interlocking switch which holds the bomb release button.

3) Single toggle switches.

4) Spare bulb holder.
