To-day is the anniversary of the plot to kill Hitler during WW2. A time to remember the cold courage of Colonel Count Klaus Von Stauffenberg, prime conspirator and instrumental in placing the bomb that came within a whisker of killing the monster.
With others, he was caught and summarily executed by the Nazis. We should all salute him for his effort.
