Bomb shackle/Engine combo..

Guy is stumping around some Mtns in Hawaii. Finds an R2800, only part he’s found near it with an identifiable part # is a B7 bomb shackle… Been googling & nothing I’ve seen listed using a B7 shackle had an R2800.

Possibly Corsair? (It has a 4 blade prop hub)

Unlikely to be disturbed as it’s a 10 mile hike on foot from the nearest road.

C-series R-2800, which the Corsair used, but this is a Curtiss prop. The Corsair used the Ham-Stan prop, both 3 and 4 blade. Engine could be late Thunderbolt or Bearcat.

There’s also a wheel.

Looks like some sort of cuff on the prop blade
