Bombardier shipped to Canada the first fuselage manufactured in its Mexican plant

The Canadian Company Bombardier made today.its first shipment to
Canada with a fuselage for the executive aircraft Challenger 850.
The fuselage was manufactured in Bombardier痴 plant at Queretaro,
140 miles from Mexico City.

The Minister of the Economy, Eduardo Sojo Garza, the Governor of the
State of Queretaro, Francisco Garrido and Bombardier executives were
present at the shipment ceremony.

Mr. Sojo pointed-out that this shipment is a result of the economic
integration of North America countries; he further said that the
Canadian company received full support from authorities, and Mexican
technicians trained by Queretaro Technological University, which has
programs specially designed for the aerospace industry.

Upon closing 2006, Bombardier Aerospace Mexico had generated 300
direct jobs in its Queretaro plant, and is planning to double such
figure by the end of this year.

Manufacturing this fuselage required work by 38 Mexican technicians,
who invested 9 thousand 440 hours in its design and production.

Bombardier started building this plant late in 2005, with an
investment of US$200 million; the Queretaro plant started producing
in mid 2006 with the purpose to cut down operation costs.
