Bomber Command pilot Philip Cunningham died 1942 Berkshire

My Uncle Philip E Cunningham’s death was registered in Abingdon Berkshire in 1942. We believe that he was a Wellington navigator with Bomber Command. We are unable to find any details on him or the accident, even the information at the National Archive on the Microsoft is unreadable. Is there anyone that has any details/information or a direction that I may follow?
