A decent burial would , I imagine, be some small comfort.

You mean bury the rotting remains of its body in a different bit of ground than it is already in, forty or so years after life left that corpse?

What would a letter only to be opened on his death serve to aid him, apart a freakish pleasure he has when alive, he still has one of the innocents under his control.

Brady has been fed by tube for the past 12 years after refusing food,another attention seeking ruse as he knows officers cannot legally let him starve.

As for Keith Bennetts remains if he has given a location its been over 40 years since his murder and as the moores shift about naturally,it may be imposable to find the childs body unless by accident.

Mike, Perchance the CPS were not around when Brady did his dastardly deeds, but it did say the CPS decided that they were not going to take any further action re his last two victims.
As regards the S.A.S. that was metaphoricaly speaking, I think another way, would have been better Policing, ie, interrorgating, harder than what they have over the years, How many times, since his imprisonment has he been asked/interviewed regarding the place where he buried the young lad?.

Correct me if I am wrong but I do not think the CPS were around when Brady was brought to justice.

One has to ask, why would the SAS want to have anything to do with Brady ? Criminals are dealt with by the Police in this country.

Lets hope Brady’s confessions wre true, and that they find the body of the 12 yrs old lad, and hope it will bring closure, for his elderly mother.
How I hate those initials, “C.P.S.” who decided not to bring a prosecution against Brady for his last two murders.What made them come to that decision, Questions need to be asked re the CPS, as to why.
“Not in the Public Interest” what a load of Cra*, I well remember those days, and every member of the public was interested.
They should have handed over Brady to the S.A.S. I bet they would have got the answers quicker. If it were not for P.C. and Human rights, in many cases, things would get the service they deserve, and which we, the general public would want to see.JUSTICE.
Yet another instance of the way the Judicial System needs a good looking at.
