if you had bought your kids (if you had any) a brand new bike for Christmas and someone stole it, is that right?
I know what your trying to get at and agree but many wont see it this was as you have not taken ownership of bike yet as a company was transporting it and therefore the people “looting” are commiting an offence against a faceless company not an individual. I am sure it wouldnt have been as bad for the MSC Napoli cargo if it was 1 persons cargo not a commerical thing.

There is no difference, and both cases are so wrong. nothing gives anyone the right to take anything that doesn’t belong to them, picture this, if you had bought your kids (if you had any) a brand new bike for Christmas and someone stole it, is that right? how would it make you feel? you’d want to knock his/her block off, condolences to the families of the lost ones.
