Now I have to admit to being a fan of hubcaps (in the right place and on the right sub-variant) especially on the Mk.IIB.
I wrote an article on BUKY for W**gs**n magazine years ago and must say is one of the most well restored examples that I’ve flown in…..to date! π

I don’t have a Mustang sadly…. Mustangs do not look good with neons, dice or any other ……. hanging from them, and I think you will find the big sound system is fitted in front of the pilot rather than behind…….
Iagree the best sound system is in front of the pilot not behind him :p

Haha that made me laugh after a bad day. How about souping up Yak11s Mustang? Furry dice on the gunsight, neon lights in the wheel bays, big sound system behind the pilots seat etc. :p

Great news! That makes at least three USN marked Harvards on the circuit that I can think of – now, do you think we should try and sell him some hub caps?!
