Does anyone know what happened to Brain Woodford’s collection down in Chalmington, Dorset?
I know where the Stearman is, but the AN2 and all the Moths?? Didn’t he also have the ex Patrick Lindsay Storch G-AZMH?

I never knew he had so many aeroplanes.
After Googling his name, it seems the Americans ‘would like a word with him’:D

What about this lot: –
Piper J3 Cub – ? Maybe G-AGAT
BA Swallow – Dorset owner, still flying
Kit Fox – ?
Hawker 125 – USA
Ju52 – ? Was at Hurn, Dorset
Lysander – Kermit Weeks
Learjet – USA
Twin Dornier – Went to USA
Tiger Moth – G-ANLH -Went to NZ
Gipsy Moth – G-ABEV – Dorset owner S. Darch, not flying
What a great collection he had. He is recovering from a stroke at this moment, He did a great deal for British vintage civil aircraft in the 80s – 90s.

Brian Woodford also acquired DH-2 replica G-BFVH from Mike Russell.
It was then sold to Maurice Kirk, and is now flying from Wickenby. The aircraft was flown to the Somme for the 11/11/11 annniversary.

The Storch is in the Luftwaffen museum . I think it was exchanged for a target tug Sea Fury by OFMC.
