Yes adam i understand that and i am grateful for your support

Ive had 3 photos accepted on jetphotos and to me thats a massive improvement

But i just cant be as perfect as you want , we have all been there even you so understand it takes time

Im not jumping down your throat im just alittle suprised at how you put it thats all.

Im glad i get my photos criticized …. helps me to learn.

Ive taken everything on board that everyone has told me and will continue to try my best all i can do.

It isn’t necessairly a case of not being ‘considerate’. It’s actually now more that you’ve asked me for advice in the past and I’ve been kind enough to give it. Now I give you a little constructive critcism and you jump down my throat, which I feel isn’t really fair.

You can’t ask people for advice and then ignore them when they say something you don’t really want to hear. The process of learning extends both ways: praise and criticism. Of course you are going to learn at your own pace and in your own time, but when you go to people and seek advice and they are kind enough to give it you really need to listen to them regardless of whether they praise or criticise. Learning how to do things how not to do things are both as valuable as each other.

and i do take peoples advice on board i just need to improve in my own time , i just like sharing my pics with people who want to view them

at the end of the day this isnt a job its a hubby and im going to carry on enjoying it regardless of how proper its got to be.

Adams words weren’t intended to offend. When you post images in a public forum you open yourself up to comments of all kinds, both good and bad. All he’s simply trying to say is that what you do can be improved so much more just by taking what people say into account a little more.

At the end of the day we all want to improve what we do, and people being kind enough to offer advice can be a short cut to doing so, so why not make the most of it? 🙂

Sorry but I am going to have to be honest with you but once again these shots could be improved by taking on some advice people have given you.

As said before you need to get yourself above the fence line at Bristol. There are some well composed shots here but there are also some that could be massively improved by consideration and application of previous advice given.

Thank you for sharing, but there are steps that you can take to improve your work dramtically, and they don’t take alot of effort.

Cloud i got to the airport at 12:30pm and the CO left at 10:30am

Si just as i was driving away a Ryanair landed , i really wanted to get a shot of one but was to late 🙁
