British Secret Projects: Hypersonics, Ramjets and Missiles

Just reading through my copy of Chris Gibson’s new book, British Secret Projects: Hypersonics, Ramjets and Missiles.

Its a great compendium of intriguing designs, profusely illustrated with line drawings, CGI, models and photographs. Chapters deal with missiles of all types, Mach 3+ and hypersonic fighters and bomber projects. Chris has spend more than 10 years researching this book and it tells. Highly interesting stuff.

In conclusion:

If you are interested in unbuilt projects, buy this. If you are interested in missiles or hypersonic aircraft, buy this. Even if you aren’t, buy it anyway, and prepare to be converted 😀
