As I might finally be able to afford Broadband soon I was wondering if any of you have it and if so what are the drawbacks (apart from the price)?

well living in axmister yuo should only just be allowed to get broadband because it has only just been made available. So how long did you have to work in tesco’s before you could afford that Adam or Handley page?

I’m not using Broadband I regret announce, but I cope without it.
I think the only advantage to me using it would speed up the process of uploading webpages onto the internet. Otherwise, you can use it for downloading music (which is illegal and I’m sure none of use do it).
I’m happy with 56k – ebay runs fine, MSN runs fine and the forum runs fine! 🙂

Shame that neither Adam nor Hellaid can do it, though.
Like to have both of them back. And the other evil twins too.
Maybe Luke can put in a good word to them?

That should be ok then?
By: Handly-Page - 15th January 2004 at 19:21
I don’t know how Hellaid or Adam will be able to afford it but I should be able to afford it rather easily.

Got it a few months back and it’s great. I was paying about 15 quid a month for unlimited dial-up and now I’m paying about 20 quid plus VAT (admittedly I’m VAT registered) for ADSL.
No contest.

How will Adam ,be able to afford it?
By: Snapper - 14th January 2004 at 21:09
The drawback is you also pay your phone bill. That means a total of £38.50 a month if I want it. Quite honestly, I can buy more than enough porn DVD’s for that money to even consider it of benefit.

Bit of you yes;) Anna:eek: 😀 🙂
