Broadcaster Alastaire Cooke stolen!

Teletext is saying the bones of the late BBC broadcaster Alastaire Cooke were stolen by a crime ring before he could be cremated. Apparently the ring specialises in stealing body parts for transplants.

The Daily News (New York) reports his bones were sold for $10,000 to two tissue prcessing companies. What a despickable crime, it’s disgusting. Surely these medical places should be shut down for buying the stolen parts.

Is this going to see a rise in body snatching aka burck and hare.
