Just a gentle reminder that this annual event will be held once again, this coming sunday.
The Museum displays will also be open, together with Sopwith Camel and Demoiselle aero engine runs (subject to serviceability) at 12 o’clock and 3pm.
Normal Museum admission prices apply and the Museum and Jumble open to the public at 10am, although ‘Early Bird’ tickets are available for access between 8am and 10am…

I’ll be there after all, since they “owe” me a stall to compensate for accidentally paying twice last year! I’m going to combine it with a few days at The National Archives as the campsite I use for such excursions is just a couple of miles down the road from the Museum.
Let’s hope the weather’s fine and here’s to seeing a few familiar faces there too! 🙂

The weather forecast seems pretty good at the moment, I’ve already made a note to pack some sun lotion just in case.
On a slightly tangental note, being as I’m staying down there for the next few days, with The National Archives my main priority, are there any other collections/museums open on monday when Kew is closed? London is a short rail journey away but I’d rather visit a volunteer/private museum I may have missed previously. Any suggestions welcomed!
