BRS 22.06.06

Spent a lazy couple hours up at my “local” on Thursday afternoon as the sun was out, to see if my sensor clean had worked. Quite pleased…..

Excellent shots,Phil.
So where do i send my canon to you for sensor cleaning :dev2: :dev2:
Unfortunately i put mine in for cleaning to be told the dust had got between the sensor and another glass panel behind it!!!,very tricky to get to, full camera dismantle, then blowed clean, cost £150!!! 😮 So it’ll do as a spare whenever my new 350 arrives 🙁
First choice does it for me….were they taken from the wee layby place round the end of the runway?? I was there a couple of weeks ago, first visit to BRS,seemed about the best place i could find.

WP – I carefully did the sensor clean myself, as I have not heard good reports about Canon’s own sensor cleaning service. It was so dirty that something had to be done and anything would improve it. I very carefully used a blower brush – I admit it was a bit of a gamble, but it appears to have paid off.

Did you simply blow the sensor (with the blower brush) and hope for the best? I have a blower thing here, could give it a try.

I really like the FCA in particular, but all of them are smashing shots!

Excellent shots Phil.

Can I ask where you went for your sensor clean, and how much it cost? My 350D is in desperate need.
