Hi All
Went to BRS this morning to catch the morning rush. Weather was a bit disappointing (trust me it was) and heat haze became a problem at times.
Also had a go at taking some pictures from different angles. I’d be happy to know what you all think
Thanks for looking
Adam 🙂

Great shots, Adam. Nice to see more pics from the local.
I want to know where from though! 🙂

Were you using the middle focus point, or were you letting the camera choose the focus point?
I think you’ve just reminded me! There was a hut to the right of the picture and i had to keep moving and refocusing the camera so the fence & hut wouldnt get in the way. I guess i must have focused on the aircraft and then waited for it to move into position without refocusing.

Thank you, Mum……..
I didn’t say a sarcastic smiley! You’re grounded for one week, child. Go to your room immediately! 😀

P.S. I’d have preferred Dad. What are you trying to say?

…. I spoke with PMN as I had also spotted this. I can’t seem to amend it either…..
Hmmmm.
The nose of the aircraft looks reasonably sharp. I wonder whether the camera has focussed on something in the foreground, leaving the tail of the aircraft outside the depth of field?

A smiley at the end of that comment would have made it come across so much better. 🙂
Paul.

But that’s just my opinion, of course. 🙂
Of course! Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I always welcome everyones thoughts and opinions regardless.
Having said that, the overall quality of these bright, sharp shots is high although the first A319 shot does seem a little soft, especially around the tail.
Were you using a wide aperture for this shot, Adam?
F8.0

Each to their own, I suppose.

…..I’m really liking the crazy angles. They’re just very different to what we’re used to seeing, and that’s good! The composition of them is superb and I think you’re showing the aircraft in a very interesting way…..
Each to their own, I suppose.
Personally, I found the large degree of tilt applied to the last two shots to be contrived and distracting, although the engine and wing close-up does work rather better than the final shot.
But that’s just my opinion, of course. 🙂

All superb, Adam, and as I said on MSN I’m really liking the crazy angles. They’re just very different to what we’re used to seeing, and that’s good! The composition of them is superb and I think you’re showing the aircraft in a very interesting way. Excellent work!

The last two are interesting. Nice detail on the EZY engine.
Thanks
