Bruntingthorpe – thanks!!

Just a note of sincere thanks to the various volunteers at Bruntingthorpe yesterday, who made a couple of microlight visitors extremely welcome.

There were at least two ‘John’s’ and a ‘Bob’ who showed us around the Lightnings, Guppy and the Comet, ferried us to the gate house, made the tea and even waited around to check our radio before we departed! Absolutely fascinating place, which thrives on the dedication and enthusiasm of the people associated with it. Well worth a visit…we’ll be back next year!:D
