Gordon Brown (texture like sun) has just given his budget.

Stamp duty threshold doubled to £120k
Petrol duty rise postponed to 1 September
Council tax refunds for pensioners
Extra £400m for defence
Child tax credit rises
Return to work bonuses for single parents

Isn’t he a nice man? A very, very nice man.

So that’ll be a General Election in May then. :rolleyes:
