But your limitations are that the manufacturer has to be from Asia.
In this case Asia means, Japan, China, Koreas, Taiwan, South east Asia, India, Pakistan, the Stans
but not Iran or the middle-east. And not Russia (even though Flankers are made on the Asian side).

your air force itself can be from any country you want.
