Build an Airforce Scenario: Bosnia

Bosnia has decided to finally establish a larger aviation force and has increased it’s military spending to 6% of the GDP.
The Saudi’s and United Arab Emirates have been willing to donate some financial assistance which amount up to $200 million.

combined with the 6%GDP and the 200 million, your military has about $1.7 billion to spend for the next 4 years.

your goals:

Create a fixed wing defense force compromising of at least 2 squadrons of combat aircraft

To meet and intercept any aircraft from neighboring countries and be able to at least equal in their combat capabilities

Your army also wants some aerial ground support assets, whether you choose a heliciopter, turboprop, etc it’s up to you, but it is intended to fight in mountainous areas.
