build your own "neutral" air force

we had alot of different build your own air force topics..but how bout one where you are a country that wants to maintain political neutrality, and do not have your own aviation industry..thus the solution is to buy sources from two sources in case of halts in spares, etc for one type, you will have another type that could still be flyable.

I noticed that air forces tend to apply this mainly to major combat type aircrafts (i.e fighters, attack aircraft and sometimes trainers).

size limit is 300 fixed wing air craft. doctrine requires at least one aircraft that can reasonably do strike and maritime strike.
