Burtonwood Commemorative Weekend Event

Hello All,

I’ve just come across this WW2 Commemorative event at what was RAF Burtonwood, B.A.D.1 to those who know about US Aircraft ferry flights from Stateside to UK during WW2.

The organisers have approached me to ask for any Cockpits (WW2 or NOT, doesn’t matter) wanting to go would be made most welcome!

I’m going to take Lightning F6 XS922 along on the Sunday 14th SEPTEMBER then!
