Hey guys, Ive noticed a lot of ‘favourites’ discussions and I thought Id add mine. I don’t know about you guys, but I love Biz Jets, spotting both types at the same time when I’m at any airport. Does anyone have a personal favourite? I must say, I love Gulfstream aircraft, and the new Learjet 45. The new Bombardier Global Express is marvelous!! so graceful(I’ve seen them at Tetoboro’ but it was great to see one do a scheduled go around at Newcastle!!).
Oh well, wot about you?!
thanks Bob

RE: Business Jets — Your Favourites?
Air force 1?? Too small… 🙂 I wonder if an european country will use a A380 as presidential / royal flight????? We would have a bigger plane than the Americans..

My personal favourite would have to be the Global Express. It looks fantastic, and has loads of range!!
I’ve been on the Falcon 900B chartered by Frank Williams, the Formula 1 team boss. The interior is beautiful, in fact, beautiful is an understatement!! It’s quite a large aircraft as far as biz jets go don’t you think?

Oh, thanks. I didn´t know it. What a pity¡, they are a bit without cash and have to fly a A319 instead. Didn´t you know that on coming to Europe they hired a VIP train for them. Nobody mentioned the Air Force One. Nice VIP jet.

I like Falcon 900 and Gulfstream V. I wonder if bizjets are expensive to maintain?

Dear Keltic,
As far as i remember, the brunei A340 has been sold to King Abdallah from Jordan.
For a humble Airline customer like me, I really would like to be pampered in a Gulfstream V or a Falcon 2000….

I’ll be extremist: either a converted Beluge (with a swimmong pool ans a tennis court inside), or, if you’re in a hurry, concorde (Grumman SSBJ is way too small)

Biz jets eh? I like the HS 125, despite it’s advancing years, it still looks good. The Global Express is another good one as well.
Most Biz jets look very sleek and well designed. Anyone remember the Lockheed Jetstar? A classic.
