C-130 Wing Pylons

I’m really confused about what exactly the C-130 (various versions) can carry on its two underwing pylons.

Originally I thought it was just large external fuel tanks, then I got word of the possibility of the aircraft being able to carry up to eight Hellfires (four on each hardpoint), before hearing that wasn’t the case.

Now on the current 2004 wall calendar I have the month of March has a photo of what I believe is an AC-130U (by looking at the guns), and it has what appears to be an ALQ-184 ECM pod on each hardpoint. I’ve never read about this.

I’ve seen photos and video of C-130’s with I believe BQM-34’s (used over ‘Nam possibly?) but those had four hardpoints.

Can anyone with good knowledge of the C-130 tell me what stores are available of the two hardpoints in the C-130’s various forms (I’m especially interested in the C-130E/H/J, AC-130H/U, & MC-130 series).

PS – Does the C-130 have two hardpoints or do all of them have four? Secondly, I’ve also seen ACMI pods…at least they appeared to be those.
