Hi!!
I just thought that I would upload these pictures that I took of this Provider that I saw in Thailand in September. It is in the car park of what appears to be some kind of shop on the road that is between Bangkok and Khorat (Nakhon Ratchsima) in Isaan province. Apologies about the pictures, they were taken from a moving car. No registration was noted.

I tried to find this aircraft on the internet and there is no mention of it anywhere. Could this be a new survivor?

…Imagine the “C123J” if it had ever been built!
Actually, there were ten of them. 😀

Thanks for posting, I like the props they put on her. Is that what they mean by “flat” pitch?:diablo:
Flat pitch and Q tips? Anyway it was a nice plane. Imagine the “C123J” if it had ever been built!

Is that a book or a web site?
It’s a book, published by Mach III.

Could this be a provider that was used in the filming of Air America?:) I belive they crashed one with the biggest bit remaining the fuselage, as the pics show the rest of it is quite a mess:)

Paul,
It’s at Muak Lek, and has been there since April 1995 at least, as listed in my “World Military Out of Service”.
Its serial has never been established.

Good photos considering! The Royal Thai Air Force had Providers so it may be one of these, I don’t know. Two of theirs are c/n 54-0555 (preserved in museum) and c/n 56-4357.
