They’ve been published and EDI has overtaken BHX for movements last month, but by less than 100! 😀
Only 2000 more did MAN-AMS-MAN than EDI-AMS-EDI, quite an achievement when you consider the difference in total passenger numbers!
And CO are getting more than 80% loads at EDI, which I think is excellent considering it was the services very first only half month of operation. 🙂
Anyway, the link to the pages: http://www.caa.co.uk/erg/erg_stats/sgl.asp?sglid=11&fld=200406
Feel free to post the good news about your local airport like myself! 😀

A few more charters wouldn’t go amiss at EDI indeed.
Although, equally so, I’d like to see more year-round services to Europe and beyond by scheduled carriers.

EDI’s figures being severely handicapped by the abysmal
amount of available charter flights. Folk are amazed
that EDI does not have any long haul charters..
EDI’s current 7.8M annual pax would surely be nearer 9M
if it boasted a decent charter programme in line with its
standing as the UK’s number 7 busiest airport (number 6
during the winter months)

Well NCL clearly is expanding well, it has one of the highest percentage increases on movements from June03 to June04, which is great. All else has increased greatly also. I noticed that Inverness has been rapidly expanding over the past year, whats going on there, did they get a LCC or something?
