Camcorder/Camera Guidance System

We have had radar and laser guided weapons for some time.

Has anyone every designed a radar or laser guided camera mount to do essentially the same job, i.e. keeping the target in frame?

If so, where can I get one, and how much would it cost?

Unfortunately my MK1 eyeball, doesn’t coordinate with my arms as well as I would like, on occasion. Plus, it gets tiring following something all over the sky, without being able to actually enjoy the performance.
