Camera choice

Can anybody advise me which would be the better camera
Fuji Finepix S5500
or
Konica-Minolta Z3
The intended use of the camera is for aviation pictures as well as general pictures. My Epson Photo PC 700 needs replacing 😀

I have just recently got a Fuji Finepix S3500, not the best, but i can say the Fuji Finepix series are very good. Even with my 4 million effective pixels, very sharp photos.
I have no idea about the camera you mention, but i can reccomend Fuji Finepix.

I use a Z3 and have found it fine to use both at airports and is ok foe shows like Old Warden. I find it to be fast enough to catch a moving object ok and very simple and easy to use. I believe it can be obtained for less than £200 now.

RobAnt

Thanks for the input. Looks like I’ll have to ask ‘She Who Must Be Obeyed’ for a raise in my pocket money 😀

The Fuji is being updated in a few days to the S5600 – which is infinitely more capable, check it out here

I’ve found it for £279 – which has to be a bargain for a new camera in this class. Here!
