Camera Only button on spadegrip

Can anyone identify where (or era) this spadegrip comes from based on the camera only button? I’ve yet to see a spitfire/supermarine grip with this feature. Thanks

definately late Spit……the finish is commensurate with a late covering fitted to the later super spits/seafires….griffon powered….see on my project:

and on my seafire cockpit too

What is the AH number embossed into the spadegrip? It should be facing you at the bottom of the grip, where the loop joins the vertical pole. In fact, I can just make out its there…but cannot read it!

Also, camera button as per your illustration not an unusual feature on Spitfire spadegrips.
