Found it (thanks Planemike) page 322/ref ITA67 in aforementioned guide.
Name: Raccolta Della Base Di Cameri.
Address: Aeroporto Militare, SS Bellinzago, 28060 Cameri.
Location: about 10Km north of Novara between Cameri and Bellinzago.
Telephone: 0321 616222
Admission: by prior permission only.
Bob’s exhibit list differs a bit (ie 2 x F-86 Sabres and 2 x F-104s)
So it looks as if you might have to write or telephone unless anyone else can come up with anything else. Hope this helps.

I have Bob Ogden’s “Aviation Museums and Collections of Mainland Europe” and will have a look for Cameri – if you tell me where it is! (and, ideally, what some of the exhibits are).
