Can AMRAAM target missiles in flight

Can the combination of amraam-C7 and a good radar like APG68v? be able to
target large fast moving and high flying missiles like phoenix, AA9, KS172, brahmos in a head on engagement.

I am trying to see if a Mig31 flying mach2.2 and 70,000ft launches a couple of
KS172 on a Ereyie and 4 falcon escorts from 50km away. the falcons cannot
catch the Mig – its way too high and fast , the Ereyie cannot outrun the KS172 so

– either decoy the KS172 : towed decoy ?
– shoot it down with amraam
– jam the terminal radar of the KS172 (can be countered with a dual mode
IIR+radar seeker of the type raytheon/mbda/agat etc are tinkering with)

of these option2 is the best option. hard kill at a safe distance. towed decoy
is the hairiest option and who knows until it fails if the radar jamming works :diablo:
