Can anyone help?

Do any of you knowledgeable chaps know the answer? There’s a need to change the brake pads on an a/c Matco braking system. We have no way of knowing the type of pad. Exploded drawings don’t give any part numbers. The brake calipers are marked: PH4XT. Would anyone know what this relates to?

If we can narrow down the type to say, two or three possibilities this will prevent too much downtime. Your help much appreciated.
