Can anyone ID a WW2 Special tools factory please?

In the Early part of the war, my late Grand-father, George Dodson was Manager of a special tools factory for the war effort, located at/near Acton.

Undoubtedly some of the tools made were probably used in the aircraft industry, but can anyone enlighten me with any info about th factory please?
