Can anyone identify these aircraft parts?

Found these bits at the weekend. Both have inspectors stamps on; the part with wirelocked nut has ‘PT14’ and the stainless steel plate has ‘AS205’ and part no. 1026371.
I think the ‘AS’ may be Airspeed, who built some Mosquitoes as well as Oxfords.
Any ideas?
