Can the Mitsubishi F-2 be exported?

As the thread says . once Japan gets its medium term requirement fulfilled by the purchase of an advanced fighter to replace the F-4ejkais, shouldn’t they consider lease/selling some of their F-2s to help recoup the losses they’ll make procurring yet another aircraft to defend their airspace ? I’m sure the RAAF would probably like something in interim to temporarily replace their legacy hornets until the F-35 is ready or maybe even Argentina to replace their super etendards
Is there anything really holding it back from export? The IAI Dagger and Kfir are modified mirages with Us derived components but still Israel managed to export them without France’s consent
