Can you date this fire at Imperial Airways' offices in Guernsey?

I picked up a copy of THE GUERNSEY PRESS for Thursday, 14 February 2019.and, on page 10, it had published this picture and requested more information

It shows the Imperial Airways office in St Peter Port on fire and the newspaper asks, as you can see, if anyone can suggest the date on which the photo was taken.

Apparently, the paper had recently published a feature on the seaplane service between the island and mainland Britain and, in response, reader Sue Adams had sent the photo in. .
