Can you help ID this Instrument Panel!?

HI acquired this panel a few months ago and have had trouble IDing it.
Does anyone recognise it or be able to point me in the right direction.

looks like it could of had a DI fitted and agree upside down

I agree a few people have suggested it is upside down.
Any suggestions on possible aircraft type

Suspect the picture is upside down and maybe late war American, possibly sub panel for Navigator,possibly having ASI and Alitmeter across the top , outside air temp and ? on the second row, with
a compass in the offset.
