Canadian Forces Air Transport – Discussion

So, now that we starte to hijack JaWorsley’s Aussie C-17 thread…

What can/should be cone about the miserable state pf the Canadian Forces’ air transport element.

So, lets hear those ideas, realistic or pie-in-the-sky… its all good.

Current state includes 5 A310s (2 convered as tankers), a dwindling Herc fleet (I’m unsure of numbers but my last visit to Trenton, I could have sworn half the fleet looked out of action) and of course the on-going replacement competition for the Buffalos and Twin-Otters.
