No problem Spade Grip anytime, but I knew if Id made a boo boo Les would set me right, I knew there was only one bang seat but I wasnt 100% sure about which mk was the right one was. My turn now, Martin Baker is a waste of time for old seats, so if anyone other than Jim Griff has any info on PR7 MB bang seats please drop me a line…………. thanks for reminding me Spade Grip. Bex
Bex, I have “Aircrew Equipment Assemblies AP 108B-0107-1” for the Mk 2CA seat and the “Illustrated Parts Catalogue AP 109B-0107-3A” if you’re interested? I could send you electronic copies in PDF format.

Firstly it’s seat, singular – nav didn’t have an ejection seat.
B(I)8s started with a Type Mk1C and which were later replaced with Type Mk2CA (which Jim Griff’s site doesn’t mention).

to save me pinching Jim Griffs info of his website and getting shouted at, he has a list of Bang seats & aircraft on this page here:
http://www.ejectorseats.co.uk/seat-type.html
Hope this helps, hope Ive got it right or LesB will kill me 😮 .
Cheers
