Canberra engine instrument panel I.D.

Greetings Chasps!

I have owned this ‘Canberra’ engine instrument panel for some time and displayed it next to a (as yet unidentified but, may be another thread later!) ‘main’ panel however, can any other more knowledgeable forumites perhaps identify its use and what instruments should occupy the three vacant holes at the top?

The panel was originally bare but, I have populated it with the correct(ish) instruments to a ‘normal’ Canberra style,
