Any one know what the Canberra was that overflew Conington airfield on Sat 22 July around 10ish (It did about 7-8 minute display, but only saw it from a distance). I phoned the airfield and they said its tail number was “WS something(!)”.

Canberra
Hope anyone who was there enjoyed the show on Saturday.
The Conington show was excellent – much appreciated! Make a fantastic change to the helicopters and Cessnas!!
We had a PR9 over on Tuesday (doing the rounds apparently) too. Sadly not long to go now 🙁

The Black/Grey one flew over the Co-Op in St Ives, Cambs about 1030ish on Saturday
You lucky devil Pen Pusher, I’m an ex – St. Ivian myself, and would dearly love to have seen it fly over the co-op. I remember the good old days of watching them up Old Ramsey Road, and now rely on my parents for any odd sighting these days.

WK163 at Duxford Saturday 22nd
We were getting some much needed crew training and display practice done for our Pilots & Navs.
They did 4 displays in all at Duxford in front of the CAA Display Authoriser. 2 Displays by Andy Rake who also flew WK163 into and out of DX and two by Dave Piper.
Now the crews are sorted we should be making some Airshows this year and are hoping for a full calender next year.
Hope anyone who was there enjoyed the show on Saturday.
Regards All
