Canopies For ID

A friend has found these being used as cloches on an allotment, can anyone ID and are they worth saving? ta

Postwar examples – either T-6G or Mk.IVs. I think it was the Mk.IVs that did without the central frame at the top, but no doubt someone else will know for sure.

Reminds me in around 1987 I found a stack of Harvard canopy’s in a garden near me, I was only 16 at the time, saved one but later passed it on, some years later they were all gone. Must have been a lot saved from the scrap man.

Harvard, worth saving of course

The one nearest looks like the front cockpitcanopy and the next looks like to middle (solid) section
