What are the dedicated cargo airlines at LGW?

Kuzu Airlines Cargo were Baron Air Cargo, they operate a fleet of A300’s out of IST and Turkish Cargo is the cargo arm of THY currently operating a single A310. Pic here

Aurigny also have been flying a Royal mail route to LPL with their ATR72 in conjunction with the 2 channex aircraft, however at present and for reasons unknown a Binair metro has been flying it instead.

Channel Express run an F27 flight most days. Aurigny also fly in a Shed freighter sometimes too. DAS Air Cargo operates DC10s as well.
