The ZSU that you pictured looks very much like on from Syria but that really does look like a Bradley behind it, So one of two positilities arrises, either it is from Iraq or the UAE (I belive they now have them, got this info from when I did a google search).

This is very easy… I have a book with it on the cover…
The caption reads:
A ZSU-23-4M of the Lebanese Special Forces, captured from the Palestinians, leads a column of armoured vehicles in southern Lebanon in 1989. Behind it is an American M113 APC, probably supplied from Israel, with an improvised mounting of a ZU-23 twin Anti Aircraft gun.
