As a big fan of cats, I can’t believe I’ve only just seen this thread! Some lovely photos and sad stories, sorry for the losses.

This is our cat, about 10 years ago we noticed her sleeping in our garden all the time, then it snowed, it snowed some more and we couldn’t let her stay out any longer. We brought her in, the phone number on her tag didn’t work, and we’ve had her ever since with the name that was on the tag… ‘Typsey’.

I take too many photos of her but here’s just a few…

I hate the little furballs, and they hate me.

The ex had a few. Had to take one when he was a kitten to the vet to “have his bits done”. Pesky little swine clawed me half to death trying to get him into the carrier. Even after a year, he’d hide for the entire weekend when I visited the g/f.

Another cat that went at the same time, who I’m sure was the son of satan, as he was truly an evil thing, went in good as gold.

Strange animals, totally stupid at times though.

Taken a few days ago, Sooty decided to help my partner and I when we worked on my model railway.
Sooty “guards” my cable dispenser, just in case 1:76 scale metal fairies are watching.
