As CrazyC said it is from the movie ‘Always’, a Steven Spielberg film from ’89,
It is supposed to be a Water Bomber picking up Water with its scoops,its a great film about a water bonber pilot where the cast seem to enjoy themselves and even if you dont like Classic Aircraft you will like Holly Hunter in ‘that’ white dress !!

Not a landing ’cause the floats arent’t down and secondly pick up a copy of the movie Always so you can watch it in all it’s glory…the scene with the drop and umbrella is also pretty funny.
