Cellphones: good advice

A good advice:

Do NEVER buy a Nokia 7210. That thing is a bloody rip off that will stop working correctly 6 months after you buy it!

At the moment, one text message on 2 that i get is corrupt. And i won’t talk about other bugs happening then and now…

Can’t get on with rucsacs – can’t get my stuff quick enough.

Give you a tenner for a Billingham.

Tell me about it – I have three. Might only have one if they didn’t supply them for work…Prefer using a rucsac though!

Don’t need a new bag. My Lowepro Nova 5 is spot on – and long enough for my biggest lens.

Might get Billingham fever if I look at bags again. Like Leica Fever, but more ridiculous.

Sigmas. Having used them in the past I am perfectly happy with their optical quality, like their build quality, and prefer their prices to Canon L Series glass (which I can’t afford to invest in). Plus they seem to offer the focal lengths I need.

12-24mm F4-5.6

24-70 F2.8

70-200 F2.8

This to join my 170-500, 18-35, Canon 50 F1.8 and 28-135 IS.

Cheers Kfadrat.

As for camera phones – I can’t afford one (who wants a snap of my ear?) as I just spent £1263 on lenses today.

Hehe.

I wonder if I used the correct expression  .

Probably not… He’d be more likely to work under cover as a pervert (but the pays no good!). He would just be flash with it – flashing it to everybody (and showing his phone too!!!;)) and being a pain!

If you really want to get on his good side ask him how he caught his crabs…;):D:D:D

It was nothing more than Snapper deserves!
Everyone knows he is one of those techno-boffins who buys the lastest gadget! He has all-singing all-dancing phones coming out of his ears! He hasn’t really got a lovely digital camera kit – he has the latest hi-resolution phone-cam and goes under cover with it!
He will deny it but that’s ’cause he’d be embarrassed by the attention!!!
Now somewhere nearby there is a dead whale that he is trying to find suitable recipes for…;)

The best way to go… I intended to keep it for at least 5 years, but I guess I’ll have to review that 😀

Anyone interested by a 7210? 6 months old, perfect condition, just a little bugged, catalog price 😉

NO! Don’t apologise to him! Smite most valiently with a hail of mobile phones, such that he is buried up to his neck! When he thinks that it cannot get any worse then ring them all, so that he has to listen to that Haribo theme tune from thousands of bleepy hand-helds!

Pure torture!

Then stick a kipper down his trousers and we’ll call it quits.

I was joking Kfadrat. I don’t know what ATGM’s are (I wrote EGNM by mistake). Sorry, perhaps a bit too obscure.

Incidentally I do consider you Moslems. I also love your city and your country. I am, funnily enough, on ‘your side’. Due to the fact that in all the Moslem states I have visited I have been treated with the utmost courtesy and friendship, and the word ‘welcome’ every 5 minutes.
