Evening all,
Apologies for the gap on posting but this time my travel took me close to some nice aircraft. This museum is in central Moscow and well worth a visit, if you are a tank or artillery fan you would need a lot of tissues…
But for us flying fans this is their collection of aircraft amongst the green stuff!

“That aircraft with the “ducknose” is from a Su-25 Frogfoot, not a Flogger.” In fairness I said it would be nice to have a Flogger :highly_amused: Not sure how I managed that faux pas. I think I was overly excited.

Early hind is always nice to see 🙂 Shame they plated over the engine exhausts en cargo windows.

The Hind A and Yak-50 are in fantastic condition. I guess they’re newish additions?
It was there when I photographed it in 2006… http://www.flankers-site.co.uk/mos2006_day01.html

It must have had a re-paint….

That second photo…am I alone in thinking a Flogger D would be a pretty cool cockpit to own? Always had a soft spot for the “ducknose” version over the -23.
